As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring smooth functioning, and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

Duties

- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff

- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

- Interview, hire, and train new employees

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly

Experience

- Proven experience in sales management and administrative tasks

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling

- Ability to set prices, manage payroll, and oversee retail sales operations

- Experience in interviewing and training staff is a plus
